Each pack contains 6 delicious grain rolls that have a crispy crust fresh from the oven . But even cold, they still have a crunchy experience, because we rely on the superfood chia seeds . With almost 12 g of protein per 100 g , they are also a great source of plant-based protein . The preparation is very simple , you only have to add water, olive oil and vinegar to the baking mixture, everything else is already included.

Storage & Shelf Life
Freshly baked, the rolls keep in the refrigerator for 4 - 5 days. They also freeze wonderfully. To thaw, simply remove 2 hours before consumption and let thaw at room temperature. Freezing and thawing is possible without loss of quality. The shelf life is extended by at least one month when frozen.
